In the beginning of the show the Cunningham’s drove a 1940 Desoto with a split windshield. The 1940 DeSoto came with a 100hp six cylinder engine. A 105hp version was optional as was a “Fluid Drive” semi-automatic transmission. This Custom series sedan has the optional traditional running boards.
